If a reservation or contract is made with Party Up Ltd and a deposit paid a binding contract is then in place. If the person or party hiring then decides to cancel the order - or part of - they are still legally liable to meet the full hireage costs.
However, in the case of a genuine force major event such as a Government imposed COVID lockdown then Party Up Limited at their sole discretion may decide to refund part of the hireage costs once their expenses which have been incurred have been deducted.
